- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.
- nau88 may close or suspend any account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Deposits and Withdrawals
nau88 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved local payment methods serving Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. nau88 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name; third-party funding is a breach of these Terms.
The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳200. No maximum single-transaction deposit is set, but nau88 may apply account-level limits based on verification status and responsible gaming settings.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. nau88 targets withdrawal processing within minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
Any active bonus funds in your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated in each individual bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
nau88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including any wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus winnings. nau88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. - Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the individual bonus offer. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
- Only one bonus may be active in your account at a time unless the offer explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to combine offers that are not designed to be combined is grounds for bonus cancellation.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside the wagering process, or gifted to another player under any circumstances.
- nau88 may at its discretion issue free spins or cashback offers as standalone promotions. These are subject to their own individual terms and any winnings derived from them are subject to a standard rollover unless otherwise stated.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
The nau88 Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

The nau88 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of nau88. Unauthorised use of any nau88 trademark, whether in connection with goods, services, or in any other commercial context, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
